It is formed out of various divisions such as ASD, Audit and Compliance, Enforcement, General Counsel, ISD, Licensing and Tribal.

One of the most important, the Washington State Gambling Commission is the second of the regulatory agencies in the nation. Therefore it was created inn1973, after some scandals regarding the gambling facts were registered. Ever since the industry is working appropriately and it is conducting a fair and effective gambling, creating positive partnerships, making a suitable working place for their employees and a perfect place for guests to feel good.
