CSI: Hard Evidence is an adventure game developed by Telltale Games and published by Ubisoft and which was released for PC platforms, Mac, Wii and Xbox 360 in September 25, 2008.


As a franchise, the game has the format of the popular TV series CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) and there are five crimes that need to be investigated but at a first look, it does not seem to be a connection between them.

CIS: Hard Evidence is the “point and click” type so, the players are walking around with the cursor, to the areas where the crimes were committed to look around for clues or to query witnesses or possible suspects that are near the crime scene. Characters in the game were created to mimic those of the TV series and this was a condition that CBS, the owner of the franchise, imposed it to the game producer.

CSI: New York is a great game developed by Legacy Interactive and Ubisoft and it was launched in November 2008, exclusively for PC. In CSIL New York the players have the opportunity to assume the roles of the main characters from the TV series with the same name, and to solve a series of murders in the city. CSI series writers have contributed to the game scenario, so that fans will know enough what to do in the game.

The detective Mac Taylor and Stella Bonasera are the playable characters so that players have the opportunity to run queries, to look for clues and find the truth that the suspects are trying to hide. The entire CSI: New York team will be present in the game (Danny Messer, Sheldon Hawkes, Lindsay Monroe, Adam Ross) so, there’s nothing else to say but to have fun!
