FIFA 08 (also known as FIFA 2008, FIFA Football 08 and FIFA Soccer 08) is the fourth game of the popular series developed by Electronic Arts and it was released on October 16, 2007 for PC platforms, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, DS, PlayStation 3, N-Gage, and Wii.

UEFA EURO 2008 is a computer football game which was released by Electronic Arts on April 11, 2008 for PC platforms, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and PSP. The game is officially licensed as a game of Euro 2008 and so the teams qualified for Euro 2008 which took place since June 7 to June 29, 2008 in Austria and Switzerland are:

Group A: Switzerland (hosts UEFA Euro 2008), Czech Republic, Portugal, Turkey

Group B: Austria (UEFA Euro 2008 host), Germany, Croatia, Poland

Group C: Netherlands, Italy, Romania, France

Group D: Greece, Russia, Spain, Sweden

Even if for Euro 2008 are only 16 qualified teams, in the game will be available more than 50 teams. Also, a new game mode, Captain Your Country, was confirmed by Electronic Arts. Players will be on the field and they will have to win the title of the team captain to inspire his teammates and to lead them to victory. Battle of the Nations will be an online mode, where players will interact in order to lead their team to be the best, to rule the world. UEFA EURO 2008 is developed by EA Canada and it was included by PEGI in the 3+ category.
