FarmVille sucks. It used to be really fun but know that everyone is playing, it is difficult for us who were the first players to stay in the top. I was level 45 when someone in my friends list started playing and now I’m level 53 and she is 54!!! Don’t ask me how that’s possible, my guess is she must be obsessed and playing at least 14 hours out of 24. In the beginning the game play used to be a lot smoother too. Now FarmVille has tons of errors. The neighbor won’t show, farm won’t load, can’t accept present anymore… I hate it!

One of my favorite websites in the world for playing online games is Miniclip. I sometimes waste hours and it’s not like I have a favorite game to play on an on, I find all of the so amusing. It comes with a lot of cool puzzle games and you can play other games as well like adventure, racing or sports, whatever you fancy best.

I have to agree with Don on this one. CSI has some great games and if you love detective movies about murders, CSI is an ideal game because it really takes you inside the action. The nasty part is that CSI games are really addictive and once you start playing, you cannot remember to go to sleep because you simply want to find out who did it and play some more and more and more. First time I played a CSI game I was in front of the PC for nearly 20 hours. I installed the game on a Saturday night and would not part from my computer until Sunday evening…beware…

Zuma is a great game! I just finished playing Zuma’s Revenge and had tons of fun. The game was really complex and even so it did not occupy a lot of space on my PC. Luxor is quite similar to Zuma but Zuma has a nicer story and it seems more interactive. I don’t think of Zuma as a puzzle game though.

Wait a minute. Is a gaming license required for every type of game you wish to release on the market? For example, I was developing these small flash games to upload on my blog for my visitors to play but I had no idea that I needed a license in order to do so. And whom must I contact to get this license?

I think parents should forbid their kids to play such games. They are utterly violent and I wouldn’t have my 9 year old son shooting people and leading wars because God knows what he could make of all this. He may even start to think war is great because it allows you to conquer the world. There are too many games that promote violence and unfortunately kids have access to these games. You can easily buy a violent game online if you know where mommy and daddy keep their money or if an older person in the family plays it, the kid can easily play it as well when being left unsupervised. Parents, be careful and don’t let your kids be absorbed in a violent world.

One really old puzzle game I will forever enjoy is Supaplex. This was the first game that me and my dad used to play when I was about 8 years old and we had lots of fun. He would sometimes motivate me to win by giving me money every time I managed to gain one extra level compared to him. Supaplex is a little orange call, with eyes and mouth just like Pac Man. You are a ball which has to eat microcircuits and gather these little thingies that look like flowers but they are called infotrons as far as I can remember and you are supposed to escape from a labyrinth. It may sound easy but when you are chased around by scissors and have these giant balls falling around to hit you, this puzzle game become intriguing. I would sometimes block my exits from labyrinths by accident and this meant I had to take the level right from the beginning which has frustrating. You could not save your game and it would take you at the beginning of your level which meant you have to play the whole thing all over again. I vote Supaplex as being the coolest puzzle game ever!!!

CSI PC games are awesome if you are into this whole playing detective thing. Those of you that are big fans of the TV series are surely going to love the games. They are quite similar to those Nancy Drew or Hardy Boys games because you have a mystery/theft/murder that you have to solve and it’s all about riddles and puzzles and picking up clues and learning how to put all pieces of the puzzle together. Even if there are certain crime stories not exactly recommended for kids, I let my 14 year old son play because it keeps his brain going. He’s a great fan on computers games and since I can’t get him out of the house, he might as well play something that turns the wheels inside his brain.

I though the one giving out card to player was called a dealer and not a croupier. Are you sure that a croupier is not that person responsible for the roulette table? Hm, I must have the wrong impression. Anyway, from what I hear, people working in casino win a great deal of money. In fact, I think you need to take some sort of special courses to be able to deal cards a lot faster. Am I right?

If you want to play an online game which does not require any sort of downloading and installing useless stuff on your PC, you should try Gladiatus. It is an online strategy game where you start off with a basic gladiator and you have to train his key points such as charisma, power or aptitudes which make him a powerful opponent in the arena. You win gold by fighting others and winning and you can also accept different mission that bring you money if you complete them successfully. You use gold to train and fight your rivals. You will also join brotherhoods with gladiators that can help you take revenge on bigger opponents which have beaten you in the past. Awesome game I tell you!!
