Assembling A Gaming Pc
There are all sorts of fun and relaxing activities that you can do while staying at the computer, and playing a video game is one of them. The video games had evolved very much during the last years, and today they had become really complex. They have some outstanding graphics, and they seem very realistic. Also the game play and the characters are very complex, so in order to enjoy a video game at its best quality you will need to have a really powerful computer. there are many good gaming PC-s on the market, but if you don’t wish to buy one of them, you can assemble your own gaming PC. Of course you won’t assemble it manually, but you can go at a computer specialized store, and choose each component individually.
And for today we’ll give you some advices on assembling a gaming PC. The first feature that you need to consider is the “heart” of any computer or PC, and this is of course the processor. For quite a long time the Intel Core 2 Duo was the most popular and the best on the market, but today there are some models that are even better. These are the Intel Core i3, the Intel Core i5 and the best one – the Intel Core i7. Each one of these three will support intensive video gaming, so you can choose any of them.

But of course the i5 and the i7 are better, and they will last for a longer period of time, without having to be replaced by a new and better model. the next feature to consider would be the RAM memory, and for the complex video games of our days you will need to have at least 2 GB. But having 4 GB or even more would be much better. Since the video games of our time are really big, and they can occupy a few GB of disc space, you will definitely need a large hard drive to store as many as possible. One of 320 GB can be just good, but a bigger one of 500 GB or more is recommended if you have many large games, as well as other files (movies, music, pictures, documents etc).
You can’t enjoy the advanced graphic of the video games without having a big display screen and a powerful graphics card. You can choose any display screen you want, as long as it has more than 19 inch in diagonal. For the graphics card you can choose one from NVIDIA or from ATI, and be careful to have a good video memory of at least 1 GB. So these were the main features to consider when assembling a gaming PC , but of course there are some more. In order to copy and install the video games you also need an optical drive, and the best one on the market right now is an optical drive with Blu-ray support.

But a Multiformat DVD ± RW/ CD-RW drive with double-layer support (that can record up to 8.5 GB of data on a single DVD) would be just good. If you are a really enthusiast gamer, you will also need some gaming accessories such as: a steering wheel, a joystick, a gaming mouse, a gaming keyboard, a gaming chair or who knows what other accessory you might find. And least, but not last…to have a great gaming experience you also need a great sound. And the best system for gaming would be a surround sound system (a 5.1 system or a 7.1 system).
So these were all the things that you need to consider when buying a gaming PC. In case we missed something, tell us about it. And also tell us about the gaming computers that you already have, and the video games that you like to play. Have a nice day!
